My wife and I first met Clif and Diana early in the New Year after a referral from close friends. We were considering the renovation of all three bathrooms in our Naples home but as Canadian residents in the summer we had many misgivings. From the very first meeting Clif demonstrated his infinite patience in guiding us through the planning of the renovation, the selection of materials and generally making us comfortable with the idea of turning our house over to them in our absence to get the work done. Diana was critical to the planning, the scheduling and communications as the project came together. We left the house in their hands when we left in the spring and the project was completed on time and on budget by the time we returned in the fall. Throughout the project we received constant communications on the progress by phone and email. The areas of the house not under renovation were protected throughout the project. The bathrooms look great.

There were several surprises during the project all of which were handled by Clif and Diana. When the roof leaked they organized the exterior repair and repainted the living room ceiling, when the hurricane shutters jammed they arranged the repair and when a plumbing defect under the building was discovered it was fixed. Clif has a great group of subcontractors but most importantly he understands what needs to be done and gets it done. This was very comforting for us the non resident owners.

My wife and I are happy to recommend Clif and Diana and are very sorry to see them leaving the Naples area.
 

We cannot begin to say how happy we are with the results of our master bath. It was totally gutted after Hurricane Irma and every time I enter the room I have to smile. Clif was amazing and went out of his way, never pressured or forced a decision. He gave us good advise on design and any changes we contemplated and listened to our ideas. It was remodeled with the highest quality and workmanship and turned out even better than we imagined. Not only would we recommend Clif Crockett, we already have!

Clif and Diana Crockett remodeled our villa in Naples in 2018. We had such a pleasant working relationship with both of them. The craftsmanship provided was exceptional: flooring, lighting, cabinets, even collaborative decorative touches. We turned our home over to them without worry in the summer and returned to a beautiful new space. We highly recommend the Crocketts - they are skilled professionals, timely and considerate with their work, and are kind people. 

The process of taking on the task of remodeling projects whatever the magnitude always carries with it a wide variety of issues. Some are emotional as the size of the project is considered, an overview of selections are made and a recognition that there is some risk in attempting to achieve the desired results.  Some are financial as an initial budget is developed. Then the largest and most important part of the project is faced as contractors are considered to do the project. You can do a great job of analysis and planning, but if you choose the wrong contractor, the amount of time, energy and money it will take to correct that mistake will at best make the project an unhappy time and at worst a complete disaster.

I owned, built and operated a large contracting firm in Maryland. While primarily in plumbing and HVAC,  we also did hundreds of complete bathrooms  and kitchens; so when we decided to update our Florida home beginning with our Master Bath and Bedroom, I created a very specific set of drawing and specifications to provide to contractors to give us a quote. I wasn't looking for the cheapest contractor, only the one I could believe would do the job we wanted done as we wished it to be completed.

It did not take long after meeting Clif Crockett and getting his initial quotation to know he was who we were going to contract. He came back to us with a long list of questions and suggestions... Had I not provided him with the detailed drawing and specification he most definitely would have done it for us... We spent a great time going over the finest of details from how to alter a pump on a Jacuzzi tub so it would fit where we wanted it to the amount of reveal we desired on our base molding.. And then.... We left our home in Florida to go north to our Maryland home... He took care of everything.... Moved  and protected clothes and furniture... Constantly send us pictures to update us.. We left in May and returned in September....

It is a real joy to walk into your own home and be wowed... We walked into our home in September and it was a wow.. Everything put back, house totally clean and the project far exceeded our expectation...

The second part of this story is that using Cliff, we did a repeat the following summer with a new kitchen that was double the complexity, size and cost of the first project. The results were the same - we did a Wow walking into our own home...

Project costs came in where we expected with any extras as a result of unexpected building issues encountered or additional items we added later reasonably priced..

We were introduced to Clif Crockett, Perod Associates, by friends at WINDSTAR Country Club in Naples, Florida. We had just purchased a condo there and wanted to do a complete remodel. We met with Clif to share our vision and our taste. Clif suggested we visit a number of showrooms in Naples to select tile, flooring, countertops, etc. Once selected Clif developed a timeline and cost analysis. As we were trying to use our condo during the winter season, Clif suggested we do the project in three stages, allowing him to do the bulk of the work while we were away. 

The total project was completed on budget, on time, with minimal disruption. The workmanship and attention to detail was superb.
